We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product names, descriptions, images, prices and other information on the website. However, packaging, colour, labelling and other visual details may vary slightly from images displayed online.

Product availability is subject to stock. An item displayed on the website may become unavailable before an order is confirmed.

• Prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Prices and product availability may change without prior notice.
• Promotional prices are valid only for the stated promotional period or while stocks last.
• Customers should follow the manufacturer’s instructions supplied with the product.

Timeless BD represents the products listed on our website as authentic products sourced through our business supply channels.

Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products. An order becomes confirmed when Timeless BD accepts and confirms the order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for website orders, subject to the delivery location and applicable order conditions.

For orders outside Dhaka, an advance payment may be required toward applicable delivery or transport charges. The minimum advance payment is generally ৳205, although the actual amount may vary depending on applicable weight, transport charges and order value.

Where advance payment is required, the customer will be informed of the applicable amount before dispatch.

Online card payments and other payment methods are subject to availability through Timeless BD’s current payment arrangements.

Orders are delivered through third-party courier services, including RedX Courier, according to the delivery arrangements applicable to the order.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather, traffic, public holidays, service disruptions or circumstances outside our control.

Returns and exchanges are subject to the condition of the product and the circumstances of the request. Please inspect your parcel when it is delivered, particularly for visible damage, leakage or an incorrect product.

• Unopened, unused and properly sealed products may be considered for return, subject to approval.
• Return requests should generally be made within 2 days for Dhaka deliveries.
• For deliveries outside Dhaka, return requests should generally be made within 3–4 days.
• Opened or used products are not eligible for exchange.
• Incorrectly delivered products may be replaced.
• Damaged or leaking products may be replaced after verification.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 3–5 working days after the returned product has been received and verified. Refunds may be made through bKash or a bank account, depending on the circumstances and the customer’s preferred applicable method.

A delivery attempt that fails because a customer is unavailable, asks the delivery person to return later, or does not receive the courier’s call is treated as a delivery/re-delivery matter and does not automatically constitute a product return.

Some products available through Timeless BD are intended specifically for professional salon use and should be handled by trained or qualified professionals.

This includes certain professional colour and developer products from KEUNE and professional smoothing or treatment products such as FELPS keratin and nanoplastia systems.

Results from hair colour, smoothing, reconstruction, keratin, nanoplastia and other professional treatments can vary depending on hair condition, previous chemical treatments, technique, processing time and other factors.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation or security of the website.

• You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems.
• You must not misuse the website, its content or its ordering facilities.
• You must not reproduce or commercially exploit website content without permission.
• You must provide accurate information when placing an order.
